My process is influenced by automatism which is a making approach that embraces spontaneity, unfiltered expression and a connection to the subconscious mind. I create pieces that allude to a sense of the ineffable and these works serve as personal amulets; my striving and longing to connect to the unseen and sacred.
These pieces are created by using an iterative process - photographing the original works and then digitally mirroring them to create new stand alone digital pieces.
